The PNT200S is able to quickly produce large quantities of standard cores and has also allowed Detmolds to reclaim and resize thousands of short lengths of unused core stock from their stores.
This machine features totally automatic production with touchscreen and microprocessor controls. It is extremely easy to use and incorporates the latest developments in core cutting technology.
The PNTS series is available in three maximum core lengths: 1000mm, 1600mm and 2000mm.
Left: The electronic interface between the blade and the cutting anvil automatically senses contact and retracts, optimising knife life by reducing wear and damage.
