The four 389/700 motorised print units have been fitted onto two extrusion lines forming packaging film, allowing for 2-colour printing inline with the extruders.
The Project Manager at the site reports that the efficiencies of printing inline and the quality of the print has far exceeded their expectations.
The Giugni 389/700 features closed chamber doctor blade inking, ensuring minimal ink evaporation, cleaner production, easier washing operations and colour changeovers.
Giugni print units are supplied complete with all necessary components for easy installation, including ink feeding and recirculating system, pump and connection pipes.
