Labelexpo Americas is being held 11-14 September at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Centre, Chicago.

This year's Labelexpo will showcase a broad range of new product innovations, with a special focus on Smart Labels.

Web Dynamics will be in attendance on the following stands and would enjoy meeting with you:

Arpeco Inspection Equipment

Labelexpo will see the launch of Arpeco's new Gallus/AVT WorkFlow Link. This system enables a Tracker or Premier to automatically position production faults detected on the Gallus press.

Rolls are printed and inspected on a Gallus press equipped with an AVT Vision System. When faults are detected, barcode markers are printed onto the rear of the web. The Arpeco inspection machine is networked to the press to receive fault information. When the roll is loaded onto the Arpeco inspection machine, a barcode scanner monitors the web and positions faults for correction. This system will be demonstrated between the Arpeco and Gallus stands during the exhibition.

Arpeco will display five machines from their wide range of inspection slitter rewinders, including two Trackers, a Premier with Quickload single die station, a Premier featuring the new Dynatrak colour touchscreen control system and AVT Helios vision system, and a 16" Premier equipped with the Gallus/AVT WorkFlow Link. Stand 5821.

GM Ancillary Equipment

Several machines from the Grafisk Maskinfabrik range will be exhibited on the AB Graphic stand. These include a PNT160S fully automatic core cutter, an ETV330A label sheeter and a RL7 roll lifter. Stand 939.

AccuWeb Guiding Equipment

AccuWeb will display their innovative range of web and edge guiding equipment including controllers, edge detectors, line guide sensors and linear actuators. Stand 547.

DCM Sleeve Forming Equipment

Now capable of speeds up to 550m/min, the DCM Sleeve is the fastest sleeve forming and seeming machine on the market.

DCM will display a DCM Sleeve and also launch their new SleeveCut high-speed sleeve cutting machine. The SleeveCut is capable of speeds of 400 pieces per minute and features registered cross perforation. Cut sleeves can be delivered to a table, belt or rewinder. Stand 1621.

Unilux Strobe Equipment

Unilux will display a broad range of strobe lights from their extensive range including the LOL-5 (pictured), Miti Lite and Tracker handheld strobes, and the Guardian, LOL-20 and Cadet fixed strobes. Stand 1457.
