RLS Roll Lifter

RLS roll lifters are mobile, hydraulic lifting units for handling of production rolls from the storage area to the printing press. The RLS-line includes three models RL7S, RL11S and RL14S with different lifting heights. The RLS roll lifter unit consists of a solidly welded frame, two fixed front wheels and two revolvable rear wheels. The distance between the front wheels has been adjusted to enable them to go under an EUR-pallet. The RLS is designed with a foot operated hydraulic pump and gear train for easy lifting and lowering. The support shaft is fitted with ball bearings on the top side. The support shaft can easily be replaced by a yoke.
